For the past 20 years I have devoted myself to the health and fitness industry. Through university studies, career choices, continual education and my personal fitness goals.

This drive for development has seen me compete for the GB Age Group Team at triathlon, along with completing several full distance Ironman events. I have worked as a fitness instructor and personal trainer for the past 18 years helping people of all abilities and backgrounds to achieve their own performance goal.

Now performance can mean different things to different people. I like to think that being performance driven is having a will to work towards completing or maintaining a particular goal. Over the years I have helped clients achieve a multitude of different goals.
