If you need coaching on a specific element of your training, looking at technique or how to add strength and conditioning into your programme, these 1:1 training sessions would be perfect to take your performances to the next level.

Motivated to train and have access to the equipment or facilities you need, but not sure what to do, how to plan your training and need that accountability from someone to keep you on target. Utilising the latest online training software, I can deliver a programme straight to you phone via my training app or the industry leading Training Peaks software.
Weekly training schedules and nutrition targets will be delivered ahead of time so you know exactly what you need to do and when. Exercise descriptions and technique videos will be supplied, plus you will have contact with me 7 days a week via the app for questions and support.

If you have entered a key race or event for the year and need a fully supported plan to help you get there, this online training is just for you. Whether it’s your first Sprint triathlon or a full Ironman, my years of experience racing and planning across all distances can be the key to unlocking your true potential.
After a consultation process, your plan will be delivered in 2-4week blocks via the Training Peaks software, where you will upload your completed training sessions. This will allow full analysis of sessions to be achieved by myself as required and programme adaptations if necessary. All plans will be written specifically to you, and support from me is 7 days a week via an agreed communication platform (text, email, WhatsApp etc)

Maybe the cost of 1:1 training does not quite work for you and you have a partner or friends with similar goals that would like to train together. Working on a ratio up to 4:1 SGT allows you to share the cost and experience personal training at a much smaller price point.

For the past 20 years I have devoted myself to the health and fitness industry. Through university studies, career choices, continual education and my personal fitness goals.
This drive for development has seen me compete for the GB Age Group Team at triathlon, along with completing several full distance Ironman events. I have worked as a fitness instructor and personal trainer for the past 18 years helping people of all abilities and backgrounds to achieve their own performance goal.
Now performance can mean different things to different people. I like to think that being performance driven is having a will to work towards completing or maintaining a particular goal. Over the years I have helped clients achieve a multitude of different goals.
